Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino

Ingredients: spaghetti (100 gr per person), 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, chilli, salt, pepper, fresh parsley

Get started: Place a large pot (3/4 full) with water on the fire. When the water boils add 2 handfuls of salt and the pasta.  Stir often.

Use a pan to fry 2 cloves of peeled garlic and some chilli (peperoncino) in 5 table spoons of oil until the garlic has turned gold.

When the pasta is ready (al dente) drain it in a colander, transfer it in a serving bowl, add the oil with fried garlic and chilli, mince some leaves of fresh parsley over it, stir and serve. Enjoy!

This is the simplest and most common pasta recipe. It’s ready in 10 minutes, it’s delicious and light. Ideal for a midnight snack with friends!

    A noi gli spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino piacciono cos , nudi e veraci, dal gusto autentico delle cose pi semplici. Ma se volete renderli un po pi ricchi, potete aggiungere in padella qualche pomodorino tagliato a met , e una manciata di foglie di basilico. Et voil , gli spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino in edizione estiva sono serviti!
