La Vecchia Stalla is an over 200 years old, massive stone building which we just restored with modern facilities. From our garden you can just enjoy a direct view to the Vettore or start a hike.

We hand harvest our olive trees early in autumn to obtain a high quality, extra-virgin, organic oil that contains all the taste, smells, flavours and colours of our land. The fruit is cold-pressed as soon as it is harvested in order to keep all those smells and good properties.

The Sibillini National Park is part of the Appennini mountain chain between Umbria and Marche. From the top of the mountain you can see the sea, forgotten villages and wonderful landscapes rich of folk-tales of witchcraft and magic.

Late spring in Astorara is fantastic! An incredible variety and quantity of wild orchids and narcissus make the slopes colourful and fragrant. It is also possible to see wild peonies.
